This year, donors across the U.S. and Puerto Rico used NEDDIE to give confidently, discover new causes, and amplify their impact through our $20,000 Purpose Match, an initiative we do annually to match donations to charities on NEDDIE.

Unlike traditional giving pyramids dominated by entry-level gifts, NEDDIE saw stronger donor participation in the $25–$499 tiers. The strength of the mid-tier suggests strong donor readiness to make meaningful contributions on their first NEDDIE experience. This suggests donors arrive on NEDDIE ready to make meaningful, mission-aligned contributions rather than small test gifts.

To understand donor priorities, we analyzed contributions across mission categories. Giving spanned our verified charities across major mission categories, demonstrating broad donor interest and strong cross-cause engagement.

Techos Pa’ Mi Gente drew one of the highest donor counts, demonstrating that community relief continues to be a top priority.

Giving Tuesday contributions came from across U.S. states and Puerto Rico, reflecting NEDDIE’s expanding national footprint. Donors frequently supported charities outside their home state, demonstrating broad charitable curiosity and strong mission alignment across regions.

High-Average Gift States
Georgia and New Hampshire recorded the largest average gifts, at $500 and $250, respectively.
Puerto Rico maintained a strong average gift size ($180+) highlighting deep community engagement and local support.
