About The Grant
Youth Leadership Fund
Developing youth leadership skills and abilities is essential in preparing future leaders for active and meaningful participation in their local communities and in regional, state, national, and world contexts.
Grants from the Youth Leadership Fund support K-12 youth leadership development in our region (Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity & Curry counties) with an emphasis in the areas of environment, sustainability and community responsibility. Organizations must demonstrate how their program, project, or efforts will affect the local environment and community.
