About The Grant

The W.P. & Bulah Luse Foundation was established in 1947. Mr. Luse, a self-made wildcatter in the early Texas oilfields, and his wife Bulah created this foundation to support and promote quality education, human services and health care programming for underserved populations. Special consideration is given to charitable organizations that serve the people of Dallas, Texas, and its surrounding communities.
