The Community Reinvestment Program will focus exclusively on initiatives that comply with Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) requirements. The Program will focus on serving Low and Moderate Income (LMI) individuals, families, and communities in the areas from where we do business that promotes self-help and community stabilization. 

Priorities under this Program will be given to projects and programs that are developed and managed by nonprofit organizations or by a partnership between nonprofits, the private, and the public sector.

Under this Program the areas of interest will be:

• Education and Financial Literacy

• Housing and Economic Development

• Community and Social Development

• Environment and Community Revitalization

Where to Apply

The CIDF will accept requests for funding based on the programs criteria. The Compliance Department will receive the applications for the Community Reinvestment Program.

Evaluations Process

The CIDF will evaluate requests based on the program categories and the amount on the application.

•  Applications under $2,000 will be accepted on a first come first serve. 

• Applications from $2,000 to $5,000 will be accepted by the 15th day of each month and decision should be made within 15 days. 

• Applications over $5,000 will be accepted quarterly on the 15th day of each month. Funding for this category will be responded quarterly.
