About The Grant
Robin Hood is New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization. For over thirty years, we’ve been finding, fueling, and creating the most impactful and scalable solutions to lift families out of poverty in New York City.
Our grantmaking approach follows lifestage milestones commonly associated with economic mobility: early childhood, school-age children, young adults, and adults & household supports. If your organization is mission-aligned with Robin Hood’s work, please submit an expression of interest below.
Early Childhood program aims to improve and increase access to high-quality direct services for mothers, infants, toddlers, and caregivers.
School-Age Children program creates higher-quality learning experiences for low-income students so they can graduate from high school ready for college and careers.
Young Adults program helps low-income adults aged 16-29 meet their basic needs, earn a college degree, and get a well-paying job.
Adults & Household Supports program funds job training, housing access, emergency food, healthcare, benefits access, and legal services, the building blocks of stability and opportunity.
If your organization is interested in becoming a prospective grantee, please review your eligibility and submit an expression of interest.
Requirements
Robin Hood will only fund 501(c)(3) organizations providing services in New York City.
